Coaches have a significant impact on our life. Some of my fondest memories were from my seasons playing basketball and volleyball, and spending time with my coaches and teammates. Unfortunately, there have been instances in which coaches have caused harm to their athletes. The type of environment and general attitude that is cultivated by your coach can make or break your team. It’s important to be able to identify toxic practices and what to do if you’re being exposed to them.
